Bored, so I'm reviving this thread. It's been almost two months, and here I am with new photos... just keep in mind I've already eaten, so take that into account...
Honestly, I'm pretty annoyed with myself because I haven't run for EXACTLY one month. 😢The heat is brutal, I can't face getting up early, and at night I'm busy writing my thesis and starting driving school. I just don't have the energy to run. 😢
I don't think my body has "deteriorated" much during this month, but I shouldn't be taking such long breaks. Usually, I spend the summer surfing and swimming, then from September 1st to June 15th, I'm running. (And yeah, I actually run through the snow during New Year's and Christmas and all that kind of thing 😁).
Without running, I feel soft, gross, and useless. Nothing I can do while the heatwave hits. For another month, I'll just be out there surfing like crazy and swimming in the ocean, then on the 9th, I'm back to running. 😢
Hopefully, my body won't hold this next month and a half of no running against me...

Sorry about the dirty mirror; it's in my parents' room. Between cleaning my own room, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and EVERYTHING else, I don't have the headspace to clean theirs too. 😁
Can someone more experienced tell me—is it okay if I don't run until September 1st? If I swap running for surfing and swimming instead, since the heat makes running impossible... would a little break work? Maybe some squats, lunges, and stuff at home 🙂?
