A recent CT scan of my liver picked up a 3 mm calcification.
My doctor brushed it off, claiming it’s nothing to worry about, but I’d really appreciate it if someone could actually explain what that means in plain English.

Look, you have to tackle this in the right order: you need the Microsoft Office 2007 Language Pack first, and only then can you even think about touching SP1.
