Of course they're a part of you, just like they are for anyone else who studied them. I don't know what you're trying to get at, but it doesn't matter.
Fine... maybe my last post rubbed you the wrong way.

Why would I be mad? It was an accidental quote, and I shouldn't have done it. I cast my vote just like everyone else.👍No big deal, it's all ExxonMobil!🙂

All I can say is my perspective on martial arts has shifted entirely. I used to view them as this beautiful culture from the East—something that taught you self-defense while instilling discipline, spiritual calm, and all those other lofty ideals. Now? I see martial arts for what they really are: combat systems designed to teach you how to hit someone, and if necessary, permanently disable them. That’s their ultimate purpose, after all.

I've been training since I was old enough to walk, and I have zero regrets.
Why? Because back then, I didn't know any better. Now, it's simply who I am.
