So, I went in yesterday to get a mole removed from my left wrist—just three quick stitches. My doctor gave me the green light to go about my business as usual today, told me to just keep an eye on it and stay clean. But here’s the dilemma: I’ve got a basketball game scheduled for this afternoon, and a stray ball flew right into my gym earlier. Can I just slap a Band-Aid over the site, throw a sweatband over that, and play through it? Please, if anyone knows, let me know ASAP because tip-off is at 3:00. Thanks.
I’ve been struggling with this weird breathing issue lately... It’s like I’m trying to take these massive, deep breaths, but I just can't seem to get enough air into my lungs to feel satisfied. It feels incomplete, if that makes sense. I was wondering if this could be tied to that constant acid reflux I've been dealing with, or if it's just my anxiety acting up again. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of suffocating sensation? How did you guys actually manage to fix it?
Is there any chance that my cracked, bone-dry lips are actually being caused by acid reflux hitting my esophagus? To make matters worse, I have this annoying habit of constantly licking my lips whenever they feel tight.
