Best muscle cramp creams or gels?

Does anyone know if there’s a specific gel or cream—whatever works—for muscle spasms?
To be more specific:
The other day I was shaving my beard and I "tensed up" a muscle (or maybe a nerve, honestly who knows) in my chin area just so I could get a better angle under my lip. Now, that whole tip of the chin and the nerves right under the lip feel stiff, cramped, sort of... sunken in? That's the best way I can describe it. And now, it feels like my gums are constantly pressing against the teeth located right under my upper cheekbones and eyes.
How do I fix this? The pain isn't unbearable, but this constant pressure on my gums is driving me crazy. Plus, I think it actually messed with my face slightly. It looks like the pressure caused my cheek to look a little rounded or asymmetrical, you know what I mean?
