Looking for a good video capture program? in Software ·
Honestly, my workflow is to just dump everything into Aviage first to handle the rough cuts. It’s got these killer options for trimming individual frames—you can tweak the start and end points of a segment with crazy precision, and it’s surprisingly snappy.
So, what’s your actual goal here? Someone actually pitched me on Final Cut Pro as the gold standard for pro-level editing, claiming it has every tool you could ever need. I haven't pulled the trigger on it yet, but it's definitely on my radar.

I usually just stick with Handbrake for that kind of stuff.
Honestly, the price isn't even that bad; if anything, it feels like a total steal.
I was chatting with someone yesterday who picked up a similar gadget over in Germany—maybe one of those models mentioned on these forums for around $180. The massive headache they deal with, though, is how much of a nightmare it is to clean after every single use.
So, I wanted to pick your brain: how does yours hold up? Is it a struggle to wash out the mesh screen and all the other bits? They were saying the screen is the absolute worst part to deal with.
Thanks!
How much did all those customs fees end up costing you? And more importantly—now that you've actually got it, how’s the milk tasting? Is it any good?
