Yeah, if you have a UV lamp, those cables should glow—like for a hard drive setup... On those old power supplies, the cables were essentially "coated." It’s basically like how almost everyone buys sleeved cables now, except back then, they just glowed under UV light...
Once you're in the BIOS, hit Ctrl+F1 to unlock those advanced overclocking settings... Aaaand then head straight to the bottom of the first row. Everything’s laid out there—you can tweak the multiplier, voltage, whatever... Just go up in increments of 5, then boot back into Windows... It should stay stable up to 3GHz without needing to bump the voltage... Oh, and make sure you set the voltage to manual...
You can also mess with the memory-to-CPU ratio. Have some fun with it...
