Three months postpartum, I started noticing these red patches around my toenails, then they spread to my back, and eventually, I found white spots inside my mouth. About three months later, I was diagnosed with Liechen Ruber—an autoimmune condition. I refused the corticosteroid treatment because I wanted to keep breastfeeding.
