I need some assistance!
I picked up a used Cintiq 21 ux, but I can't get it installed on my old laptop regardless of which driver I try. The laptop is an Asus W2 from about eight years ago, running a 2.26 GHz Centrino processor with 2GB of RAM and an ATI graphics card with 128 MB. It uses a VGA output, but it doesn't seem capable of hitting the 1600x1200 resolution that the Wacom requires. Is there any way to fix this? Has anyone dealt with ancient hardware like this before?
thanks, Peter Morgan3
