Hymenotomy procedure

Does anyone have a solid recommendation for someone in Washington, D.C. who can handle this procedure? I see they do it at the Morton clinic (with Dr. Ulla). Someone also mentioned Dr. Višnja Tadić. Is it okay if we just want the procedure itself without needing their full consultation/advice package?
Any leads would be huge. What’s the actual process like? How fast is the recovery? And does anyone happen to know the price tag? Thanks!
