To be fair, that run to the Champions League quarterfinals with Washington, D.C. was quite an impressive feat. Now they are sitting near the bottom of their group, perhaps because the roster isn't quite as elite as it used to be.
Canada fell quite easily against Spain and France.

That’s why everything feels so high-octane under Babić.
We are playing at a much slower tempo than what we saw during the 1984 Olympics.

He's sidelined with an injury.
Alilovic,

He's basically working in construction now.
Sulic

It’s like he’s already eyeing retirement.
Spoljaric

Not long until he hits 38.
Kresimir kozin

He dropped out right before the World Cup.

Let's go!
Well, it is what it is. Either we move forward or we don't.
And once again, we hit the woodwork!
And here comes our seventh man, ready to save the day!
That’s exactly right!

Come on, tighten up that defense now.

However, that doesn't change the fact that these players on the court are doing everything right. Take John Doe, for example—he fights for every single ball, and the rest of the guys follow suit. On top of that, they are incredibly humble and truly respect the support they receive. Not to mention that none of them are acting as a piggy bank for the mafia while money is being laundered, unlike that piece of trash, that sniveling informant and his cronies. You probably even remember that John Doe spent some time on the bench in Washington, D.C., simply because he stood up to Gobac and signed a preliminary contract with Hamburger SV without blinking an eye. He refuses to be anyone's ATM, and I truly tip my hat to him for that integrity.

And let's be clear: I completely understand everyone who has grown sick of this "national team." I'm the first to admit it; even though I truly wanted them to win this and supported them, I feel deep down that this isn't the kind of passionate cheering it ought to be, but that's just how it is.

They all give their lives on the court. I have immense respect for their sacrifice, but it's all for nothing if they consistently lose games like this. Let's not kid ourselves: while our individual talent puts us at the absolute top—two steps above Norway—we are lagging far behind in terms of depth on the bench.
Babić hasn't done anything to turn these players into winners, and it is high time he goes to light a candle in Medjugorje and exits the national team for good.
He plays with two pivots and seven players, yet the team can't manage to set up a single block against shots during the entire tournament? What on earth is the purpose of having two pivots on the line then? Come on, Babić, just pack it up and head back to Belarus already.
These power outages are going to be the death of us. 🤮

But Pešić is just following his usual routine by 🙏 🙏
Greetings everyone! It is truly remarkable how quickly these things fall apart.
We simply must make the most of this situation while we can.

It's just like our matchups against Norway; if they're in the semifinals, we struggle, but if they aren't, we come out on top.

It is quite simply a fact of life.

Looking back at the last seven years, it seems whenever we face anyone in a semifinal, we just can't quite pull it off.
I am eagerly awaiting this absolute legend, Ajmooo Babić.
At the end of the day, nothing beats a cup of Koffee and a pastry. ☕

Even the referee was gesturing to show that he had stepped out of bounds.

Musa, Musaaa, Musaaaaaaaaaaaaa..lucky number seven, lucky number seven!

And Horvat is aiming straight for the championship, Horvaaat, Horvaaat.......Hoooourvaaaaauuuuuuuauuuuuuuuuuuaaa aauuuuauuuuutttttt...
mellowtinker2 said:What exactly was the reasoning behind calling this a penalty?

It all comes down to the fact that the defender was positioned inside the six-yard box.

They completely blew it after getting lucky.
Call it what it is, you cowards.

I'll go ahead and do it: the perpetual losers are back in their element once again.
One thing I truly regret is missing out on hearing Ćosić tonight. It would have been an absolutely epic performance!

God, thank You for today. 👏🎉
Not a single word of the Virgin Mary or Jesus comes from Babićev's mouth. 🙏 🙏
