Of course they still do Pap Smears for virgins—it’s just that they use much smaller speculums, nothing like those massive ones that honestly look like something out of a medieval torture chamber 😁
It's also totally normal for virgins to have vaginal swabs taken, and an anal exam is really just done to check on the ovaries.
