Progesterone supplements: experiences and side effects?

So, I have this question that might sound a little silly, I guess...
I've also been taking Utrogestan because my period was running late.
But then, after being on it for just four days, my period actually started,
and now I'm wondering if I should just keep going with it, like, finish out the full ten days?
Or am I supposed to just stop once the bleeding begins?
