I agree. The sooner you speak up, the more likely you are to actually be able to do something about it.

Just a heads up—that bolded red text wasn't my doing. It wasn't even in my original draft... knock on wood, as they say.😬,
Check out www.21day.com. There’s a lot of useful info there, but honestly, I think you’re just dealing with a temporary hormonal imbalance. It isn't anything catastrophic—a close friend of mine went through the exact same thing, and everything turned out fine. Of course, getting an appointment with your doctor might take a little while. Just try not to panic.😉
There are so many reasons why hair can get overly greasy—everything from what you eat and hormonal shifts to stress levels or even using shampoos that are just too harsh. I’ve also found that certain heavy masks, rechargeable batteries, or hair gels can really throw things off. For me personally, certain sprays and heavy conditioning treatments were a nightmare; they left my hair looking incredibly oily and actually irritated my scalp by drying it out way too much. Once I started cutting those specific products out of my routine, both my hair and my scalp finally leveled out to where I'm happy with them.
I actually just heard a dermatologist and a stylist on TV saying it isn’t even harmful—honestly, they said it can be good for you, provided you use gentle shampoos. I wash my hair every single day; there's just no way I can lie down after a run with sweaty, dirty hair and not feel gross about it.
