USA vs. Spain: 29-28 in Other Sports ·
So, the next big matchup is the US vs. France...

Does anyone know when they're playing? Is there a schedule out yet?

Honestly—I would absolutely LOVE those license plates! 🙂

Personally, I think the Poles might actually be more dangerous than the French. You just never know what they’re capable of. They have this unpredictable edge, and those three shooters on their roster are absolute killers right now—all of them are in peak form.

It doesn't look quite the same way against the Canadians, though. Their lineup seems pretty middle-of-the-road...

When it comes to those American fans, they haven't quite nailed it on the soccer pitch either—they just don't seem to know how to play the game without their crowd behind them 😉

By the way, looking at the bracket, there really aren't any easy wins waiting for us in the quarterfinals. Personally, I think the Poles are actually more dangerous than the French. You just never know what they’re capable of; their perimeter shooting is lethal, and those three shooters are absolutely on fire right now. And as much as we struggle against our own internal drama, I’d bet my life that we'll fall into that trap of getting too relaxed and thinking, "Oh, this should be an easy one." We all know exactly what happens when we get complacent.

The plan has to be to go out there and fight tooth and nail. As for the Germans, there’s really no reason to be intimidated—we can take them, along with a whole arena full of old-school fanatics.

Are we even watching the same game?!?

If only Pljak were actually good at this, I might have something constructive to say...

It’s honestly pretty bizarre that they’re expected to top the standings...

That’s really the only info I managed to snag regarding the standings..

Does anyone happen to have the group rankings yet?!?

Also, regarding the streaming service via the International Handball Federation:

The first broadcast was absolutely terrible (the matchup against the Czech Republic) — I actually wrote in to complain about how bad it was. To my surprise, they gave me a full refund (which was unexpected since I only asked for credit toward a different game). I just tested it again during the match against Spain, and they gave me access to that one for free too! I have to admit, the quality is actually great this time around!

If you're stuck without a way to watch—and I know how frustrating those local network broadcasts can be with their constant focus on overseas streams instead of the actual games!—I highly recommend this!

Huge thanks!

The Broadcom setup is running flawlessly, and I think the other one is holding up too—I’ll give it a proper test run after 8 PM once the game broadcast starts...

I knew I could count on this group for some real experts :-)

I’m feeling a bit lost on where to look for coverage—there isn't a live stream available here at the moment, and the only thing I've managed to find online is a paid service through the official handball federation website.

It feels a little silly to shell out $3 just to watch a stream, especially since I have no idea if the quality is actually any good. Has anyone here tried it? Or, if you know of a reliable site where I can catch the broadcast for free...

Thanks!
