Can someone with actual expertise tell me what this is????
Look, I take extreme care of my tablet. I don't wipe it down with wet cloths, I don't leave it out in the sun, and I certainly don't expose it to temperature extremes—just so we're clear, because some idiot over at Best Buy actually had the nerve to ask me if I did. It’s still under warranty for another two years, so I intend to file a claim. But honestly, I just don't understand... how does this even happen??? It's infuriating.
It still functions in that area (the texture feels almost like skin blisters), but the stylus keeps catching on it, and I have this sinking feeling it's going to peel right off and then stop registering input entirely.
If anyone possesses any knowledge regarding this, please assist.
