Preseason hype vs. actual results in Fans ·
I honestly can't stand preseason awards; they always feel like they're just handing out trophies before a single snap is even taken. It feels like a lot of noise that rarely predicts how the season actually goes. Does anyone else think these honors are just a marketing tool?

Let me try this one more time—just to be sure.

She didn't actually have a fever at first—not really. It was more that she had a bout of vomiting, and then, shortly after that, the fever finally kicked in right before she headed to see the doctor.

Zachary Castillo7, thank you so much for such a thorough breakdown. I’m truly sorry to hear you're battling this same condition—it really is a massive hurdle, both for your overall health and just navigating daily life. My sister actually tried to drop the weight through extreme fasting, but honestly, she ended up doing more harm than good in the process. Now, the whole family is chipping in to support her recovery—even exploring options like this. Thanks again, truly🙏.

Charles Harris11 said:I'm currently sitting here just waiting on my liver biopsy results. The preliminary prognosis is NASH—and honestly, I’m quietly praying it isn’t something more severe than that. The ultrasound showed some diffuse lesions.

I was wondering... can NASH actually cause things like a low-grade fever, dark circles under the eyes, or general fatigue?
(My temperature hits about 98.8 F every afternoon, though it stays normal in the mornings and later at night)

thanks!

My sister's situation was similar—she was dealing with constant exhaustion and this intense aversion to meat, so I took her to see a doctor. It turns out she has fatty liver disease. Sadly, nobody really sat her down and explained how serious this condition can be for the liver, or why she needed to take it seriously. In an attempt to lose weight, she ended up basically starving herself—which, looking back, was probably the worst thing she could have done. Now, she's fighting against early-stage cirrhosis.

Angela Wright said:Milk thistle is truly an incredible plant when it comes to liver health—I mean, really remarkable. It basically acts as a catalyst for regeneration while simultaneously binding to those nasty toxins that can cause so much damage to the liver over time. It’s one of those things you just can't overlook if you care about your internal health. Here in the States, you see them making capsules out of Silymarin all the time in just about every local pharmacy or health food store. Silymarin thanks !!!

Thanks!!! She’s already started taking it. I actually heard there’s some local herbalist over in Springfield who might be able to help out—I just can't for the life of me remember his name.🤷

2. Actually win that battle against the scale.
3. Cut out the stuff that wreaks havoc on the liver—you know, alcohol, greasy takeout, certain medications like hormones, and those sugary sodas.
👍Just keep pushing forward.

My sister has been living exactly like that ever since she found out five years ago that she had fatty liver disease—though, even with her efforts, the condition still progressed. Still, I appreciate the advice🙏. I’m really hoping there’s someone else here dealing with the same struggles, so maybe I can learn how they're managing to fight through it.

After my sister underwent a liver biopsy, she was diagnosed with NASH—Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis. Her doctor explained that it’s essentially fatty liver disease that has progressed to early-stage cirrhosis. If anyone here has dealt with this or has some firsthand experience, I would be so incredibly grateful if you could share some guidance. My sister is feeling pretty lost right now—she's completely overwhelmed by the uncertainty of it all, especially regarding what she should be eating and how she's supposed to manage her daily life moving forward. Any advice would mean the world to us. Thanks in advance!
