Championships are won through consistency and grinding out small victories... San Francisco didn't have that...
Because if that final game hadn't been so decisive... yet that is the one you keep citing...

To be honest, I almost feel bad that you didn't win the title for the sake of the football boom
that was happening in San Francisco at the time, which would have been great for our league...
but you lost because of poor performance during those final seven rounds.... you actually beat the Los Angeles Dodgers and Dragovoljac...
