I feel this survey is somewhat poorly defined. For instance, are we measuring how many beers one consumes in an hour, a day, a week, a month, or some other interval?

As far as I am aware, at the Boise clinic, there is a specific rate if you happen to be a student, which brings the cost down to about $110 or $43. It is possible that this same policy applies to other health centers as well, so it might be worth checking
