Best offshore sportsbooks for online betting?

Hey guys... just catching up on what everyone's saying here... I'm pretty interested in online betting myself. I actually tried signing up at Unibet, started trying to deposit some cash, and totally struck out. Complete rookie move on my part, haha.
But after reading through your posts here, things are starting to click..
So, quick question: am I actually going to get that card with the number on it? I told the lady at the bank counter that I wanted to open a checking account specifically to get a Visa debit card... but now I'm wondering if that won't work because it needs to be a foreign currency account, right? At least that's what I gathered from reading here. If that's the case, will it even work for stuff online??
Do I really have to go back and open a foreign currency account then?
