Pelvic ultrasound/ovarian scan questions...

Hey everyone! I'm 18 and have a quick question... When you go in for an ovarian ultrasound, can they actually tell if you've had sex or not? Honestly, I'm not really ready for that kind of exam yet, so it would mean the world to me if there was no way for them to see that I'm not a virgin. Thanks to anyone who gets where I'm coming from!
