I don't really have any major issues to report, honestly. This whole thing only crops up maybe once every couple of months—nothing more frequent than that. I mean, I thought it might be linked to that bout of diarrhea I had recently, but looking back at last night... everything was perfectly fine both before and after. Just one of those things, I suppose.

Every once in a while, out of nowhere, I get hit with this incredibly intense, nasty pain right in the... well, let's just say the gluteal cleft area. It’s right alongside the tailbone. To be clear, the bone itself doesn't ache, but the area immediately adjacent to it absolutely throbs.
The whole thing passes in a Newton flash, lasting maybe ten minutes at most before everything goes back to normal. But man, when it hits? It's absolutely killer.
I'm honestly at a loss as to what to expect here. I just want to figure out what on earth is going on, though frankly, it isn't exactly the kind of topic I feel like bringing up over coffee with anyone.
