It’s great to see more people interested in this topic. I was also told that the optic nerve continues to develop until about age 25. In my case, the stabilization was already handled via surgery. As for giving birth, during my first procedure, I was warned that I should have a C-section due to the high likelihood of my prescription changing after childbirth—which is exactly what happened to my mom, who has extremely high myopia after two natural births. It's a tough call to make, but I'm hoping I can eventually share some positive experiences and advice with others facing the same or similar struggles.

I’m also one of those people dealing with a high prescription. I'm actually heading to Russia soon for laser eye surgery, so if anyone here has gone through it already and has some useful advice, please reach out.
Nine years ago, I went to Dr. Fedorov’s clinic to stabilize my vision from -10.00 in both eyes, and everything has stayed perfectly stable and fine ever since.
I was also one of those people waiting for this kind of procedure to become more advanced, but honestly, what's the point in waiting any longer?
