I’ve deposited a couple of transfers into an online sportsbook—this is my fifth time doing this, and everything has been smooth sailing until now—but they’re claiming I haven't! I have the confirmation from my bank and I even faxed over everything they requested, yet they just aren't responding—whenever I check in, they claim they're "still reviewing" it. I’ve been waiting for two whole months now!! This involves $33 + $17 that I was supposed to receive as some sort of
promotional reward.
Everything was successfully sent to their account, but they either refuse to acknowledge it or simply can't find it on their end—and they won't give me any straight $33 answers. Honestly, I am absolutely fed up with them—I certainly won't be giving them another dime.

I have the confirmation from JP Morgan Chase and I already faxed everything over as requested, yet they’ve been silent for ages.
