This pops up whenever I try to upload an image:
A technical error occurred. Please try again later.
And it shows up in several different languages, too. Could this be some kind of conflict with my antivirus or a firewall setting?

Walter Edwards said:Just hit up their helpdesk—they aren't going to screw you over for $100... A little bit of back-and-forth usually clears up even the messiest misunderstandings. Just don't lose your cool—and maybe don't talk down to them like they're toddlers—but eventually, they get what you're saying, and then the headaches pretty much disappear.

The issue is they aren't even responding 🤣

Just got an email saying they received my ID photo, but apparently, the info doesn't match what I put during registration. Like, seriously? What part of this is confusing? I went to check my account—everything is identical—date of birth, full name, address, house number... all there. And their "solution" is to just try sending it again? As if my ID magically changed overnight. Either someone over there is blind and incompetent, or I’ve somehow forgotten my own name and birthday... feels like my last $100 just went down the drain. 🤷

I’ve already tried "sending" it five times now 😂—did it actually give you some kind of confirmation that the image uploaded successfully, or did it just redirect you to some dead end? Also, does anyone know if the Bwin email support crew even works over the weekend? 😢

When you went to upload that document photo—did it actually give you a "success" confirmation, or did it just kick you back to some dead end like a "page not found" error or something similar?

It wasn't until two or three days later that I actually got a notification saying they received the withdrawal request, and then the money finally hit my account about a week after that.

??? A whole week? What took them so long to drop the cash—and don't tell me you used a credit or debit card 😂

Hey there. I’m running into a massive headache with Bwin regarding my withdrawal—basically, they’re demanding a photo of my ID before they release any funds. So, why? Every time I try to upload a clear shot—file size is under 5MB and it’s the exact format they asked for—I hit upload, wait a few minutes, and then just get some random error message. It feels like the upload actually goes through, but then nothing. These guys won't even reply to emails to confirm if they received anything, and there isn't even a simple "Your upload was successful" notification after you submit. My account balance shows about $0.25 because I put in roughly $85 for a withdrawal, but there’s absolutely nothing hitting my card. And the email support? Total radio silence...
