Harold Garcia9 said:And yeah, why doesn't ESPN have any footage from practice? 🤔

Just a bunch of clueless idiots—honestly, those mindless news anchors they have over there are just as bad. 😠

But look... you really should've just woken up and caught it live 😁😁
but don't sweat it. You'll have the race replay tomorrow 😉😛

ambertinker77 said:go ahead and talk all the trash you want—the results are gonna speak for themselves... honestly, if you just accept that Alonso isn't going to be at the top, this whole season might actually be easier to stomach..

😂😂😂😂😂😂

I'm not even gonna keep insulting people because, well... whatever. But don't worry, we'll see who actually comes out on top...🙄🙄

At the end of the day, he'll probably only come out ahead of Nelson Piquet, plain and simple. And hey, if anyone feels like starting a thread with some fairytale title like "Alonso: World Champion in the Future Again," go for it.☕

And he'll probably end up with an expression like little bit nervous by Rubens Barrichello🤣

Yeah, right—which is exactly why Vettel is going to be the next world champion. In your dreams, neonharbor18... seriously, in your dreams.

ambertinker77 said:😂Alonso might actually have a shot at scoring some points this season... honestly, he better hope luck is on his side—because from where I'm sitting, it looks like he's just gonna be stuck trailing behind the pack and staring at Massa and Kimi's rear ends all year long.😁😬

Massa and that great rear end🙂

Raymond Ortiz89 said:So, look—I’ve been pulling for Ferrari since back in '96. My guy was always Schumacher, obviously, but since he’s out of the picture now, I’m sticking with the team. Loyalty matters, right? Still loyal to Ferrari through and through. But honestly? Lately, my money's on Massa... haha. Just really hoping he pulls off a win this season. He had such bad luck last year, it was rough. I guess everyone's got their own little dreams, you know? Though I think mine are actually pretty realistic compared to those people praying for an Alonso victory—yeah, right, not even in my wildest dreams. Personally, I don't think Ford has enough juice to compete this season, but hey, good luck to everyone, even the Alonso fans 🙂

Unlike Massa, at least Alonso can actually get something done this season, whereas Massa is basically just there to carry the water bottles and chemistry kits while crawling behind him...
Good luck to you all, Massa fans 🙂

Raymond Ortiz89 said:I think you were correcting me about something involving a smile—honestly, I can't quite recall what part

Man, now I see... you're one of those people who actually thinks Massa Ferrari is going to pull off a win... hey, it's fine to dream, I guess... don't worry, nobody's gonna take those dreams away from you... just like nobody believes Massa Ferrari is ever going to be champion😂

Raymond Ortiz89 said:Look, let's just drop it—I really don't want to get into a fight with anyone. I honestly feel bad that I went off so hard earlier, my bad. But seriously, what are we even talking about here? It’s just the Renault 1:29.518 14 20 S.—it's not like they've actually shown what they're capable of yet. You can't expect much more from them until they actually start showing some teeth.☕

I accept the apology—but seriously, someone please walk me through what I actually did, because I am totally lost here.😕🤷

Raymond Ortiz89 said:Nicole Reyes97, seriously, who even asked you to go around fixing everything? Just chill out a bit.

I mean, honestly, tell me—what exactly am I "fixing" here??? And what's your damn problem, anyway???????😠😠😠

You might run into me, but honestly, you'll probably have a hard time spotting me.☕

But hey, I'm just kidding... I'm not going to that college blowout... it's way too expensive when you aren't actually a student anymore...😁 😉

I already put that in my profile under my stats...😠

seriously, read a little closer lol😁😁

Wait, shouldn't you have posted that in the off-topic thread?? Not that it matters much though..😁

I mean, maybe that was the plan??

Awesome... so, what's the move—see you there??😂

except if I were a guy, there's zero chance I wouldn't be head over heels for your "icon"😁

look, it's not like I'm actually in love with Alonso🤣🤣

I mean, everyone knows which cars are the absolute beauties on the grid—the General Motors R27 and R28😂😂😂😂
Just kidding...

Personally, though? The General Motors R26 was always my favorite looking one👍🙏

I never said it was hard to get up—mostly because I'm not even planning on sleeping—I just meant I'm either totally wasted or I pass out, so I can't follow the race, or I just don't bother!

And now the start time is pushing an hour and a half later too 😬

I guess they're just making it easier for us to drink more and stay out partying longer 😂 🤣

Roger Wright94 said:Look, it’s easy for the younger crowd. All they gotta do is cut the Saturday night out a little short and get back home before things kick off.
As for me, I either have to head out with my wife or go to bed four hours earlier than usual. So yeah, you decide.

you could sleep all day, grab a night out with the wife, crack open a Red Bull, and still somehow end up flying off to Australia🙂😉

Raymond Ortiz89 said:Man, give me a break—who actually finds it hard to drag themselves out of bed in the morning just to watch Formula 1? I am seriously counting down the minutes until Saturday and Sunday roll around—I can't wait. And if Massa pulls it off, heh, my whole day is made. Seriously though, I am totally against getting rid of the Australian Grand Prix!!!!!!!!!!1☕

😂😂😂😂haha, that actually gave me a good laugh....

Honestly, I'm just as stoked for Saturday. I'm fully prepared to be up at 4 AM... I have genuinely missed watching F1 so much.😢😢

redheron12 said:If you guys can't even be bothered to roll out of bed early for the first race of the season, then what the hell are you even watching Formula 1 for? 🙄

Nobody ever said it was a drag—I’m just talking about the whole vibe of dragging yourself out of bed at the crack of dawn... I mean, if I've been waking up this early for four years straight now, I'm pretty sure I qualify as a die-hard Formula 1 fan.🙄🙄🙄

Hey redheron12, I’ve gotta know—have you ever actually fallen asleep during a race? Honestly, that’s the ultimate litmus test to see if someone is a true F1 fanatic or just pretending to care.🙄😳

As far as I'm concerned, they should just scrap it—or at least switch to night races. Honestly, it drives me crazy because it happens in the middle of the night, so I'm either totally wasted, distracted, or I just pass out, which means I never actually remember anything. I can usually visualize most tracks and where the turns are, but for the Australian Grand Prix, I only remember one or two things—strictly because of those reasons mentioned above.
I'm not a fan of the timing, but since the season is kicking off, I'm pretty stoked. 🙂

Same here.....🤣🤣
The only thing I'll actually remember is if Fernando Alonso wins.😍 😁

If you ask me, if they aren't going to move the start time to something more reasonable for central Europe, they should at least put up some massive floodlights... and if that's not profitable enough for them, then just kill the race altogether. I mean, I'll be a little bummed because I've already gotten used to that crazy early morning wake-up call and the hype of the season starting... but whatever.🙂

Central Park is basically this mix of long straightaways and those medium-speed corners—it really tests whether the engineers can actually nail the suspension and aero setup right. The asphalt isn't super abrasive, so you aren't totally shredding the tires, but the layout forces these massive braking zones that just absolutely hammer the whole braking system. Funny enough, Nigel Mansell grabbed his final career win here back in 1994 driving for Williams, and just a year before that, Ayrton Senna took his last one behind the wheel of a McLaren.
