Look, I’ve got about $10k-$11k to play with, but we’re talking installments—I need that at least on a 24-month plan. So far, I’ve only been looking at the big names like Best Buy, Micro Center, or maybe Newegg, but honestly, I haven't stumbled upon anything better for that kind of cash.
So I'm looking at picking up a new gaming rig and found two setups that actually look decent because they let you pay over 36 months on credit:
or this one:
To be totally blunt, I have zero clue which one is going to crush it more when I'm playing games. My main goal here is just making sure it handles cyberpunk without choking. I've been debating whether to just hold out until November (fingers crossed it doesn't slip past that), but if one of these deals is actually legit, I might just pull the trigger now. I did consider buying all the individual parts and building the thing myself, but honestly, I don't have the time for that headache, so grabbing a pre-built seems like the path of least resistance.
The movie felt way too unpolished, and honestly, the runtime is a massive letdown. 👎 The plot resolution was almost moronic, and that final scene? Totally wasted... I gotta admit, I was expecting a completely different ending. I kept thinking instead of that whole substitute blood thing, they’d start harvesting blood from those "cured" corpses just to somehow reset the population back to humanity, but nope, nothing. (Now I'm actually sitting here spiraling, trying to figure out how they could have pulled that off) Dafoe's whole "come get your cure" bit was just like, wtf... as if some epic saga just wrapped up or something..🤣
Just watched it today. Honestly, it was a blast—perfect for just zoning out and chilling. The ending gets a little stupid, I guess, but there are some seriously original scenes in there that actually blew me away..
This movie was absolutely killer... easily one of the best I've ever seen. Honestly, the first time I sat through this, it actually forced me to sit there and contemplate my entire life and all that other bullshit! I was genuinely floored when that little girl actually made it out alive! That was hands down the best part of the whole thing.
What a total disaster! Honestly, the only thing I can actually remember from that whole mess is seeing those kids getting busy in the bathroom right before a snake comes out of nowhere and bites a girl on her chest! haha
Here’s how I see this whole thing playing out. The world is basically gravitating toward a massive unification where every single nation finally stands on level ground—same rights, same opportunities, the whole nine yards. Back during the Cold War, you had these two massive blocs throwing everything they had at each other just to gain an edge or crush the opposition. In the end, it was just smart, decent people stepping up to prevent a full-blown nuclear apocalypse, mostly because everyone was terrified of being forced to live under the standards of their sworn enemies. The truth is, the world is just waiting for one final, catastrophic global war... a conflict so brutal and filled with such absolute misery that humanity will have no choice left but to unite just to survive. I honestly think that’s the only way we’ll ever actually move past all our petty divisions—nationalism, language barriers, religion, skin color, whatever. Because when everyone is suffering through the exact same nightmare, there won't be any room for anything else. Nobody is going to be able to look away from the chaos. That war could break out in 10, 20, 30, or even 100 years, but make no mistake—it is coming.
Man, this movie was actually killer. I usually go into stuff with way too many expectations, and when that happens, I almost always end up disappointed, but honestly, this one totally delivered. The absolute highlight has to be that scene in the train car where those four of them finally cross paths—absolutely legendary.
