In this corrupt nation, absolutely no part of society is functioning properly, and the healthcare system is a prime example. To put things into perspective, let's look at a comparison between the medical systems in Canada and the US. In Canada, there are 300 doctors per 100,000 residents, and the mortality rate is 950 deaths per 100,000 people. Meanwhile, in the US, there are 390 doctors per 100,000 residents, yet the mortality rate climbs to 1,300.
I just got my blood typing results back today. There's a note at the bottom of the report:
No anti-erythrocyte antibodies were found in the plasma.
Can someone explain what this actually means in plain English?
Looking for a specialist... in Health ·
I'm looking for a solid cardiologist, and it looks like @mistyjackal842/">@@mistyjackal842 has her own personal shortlist of who’s actually good and who isn't on this forum. I was wondering if she wouldn't mind sending that list my way via private message.

Thanks much

The paperwork side of things is super easy. Just find a new doctor, tell them you want to switch over to their practice, and knock out those few necessary steps whenever you have a moment.

Thanks

I was wondering if you can switch your primary care physician whenever you want, or if there's a specific window of time when you're actually allowed to make that change.

Since face masks are either impossible to find right now or are being sold at outrageous prices, I was wondering if there's a way to reuse them. Could we potentially disinfect used masks by spraying them with rubbing alcohol from a local drugstore? Or, if alcohol isn't available, would putting a used mask in an oven at about 212 degrees Fahrenheit for half an hour work? I actually heard an epidemiologist on the news mention that this virus dies off at around 140 degrees. If this is true, it could be a lifesaver for a lot of people—especially those struggling financially—to be able to cheaply sanitize the masks they already have.
