I’ve been running Bitdefender 8 and honestly, it’s been a total breeze. It keeps my inbox clean with its spam filter and the firewall is rock solid—definitely worth checking out if you want some peace of mind. I'm super happy with how it performs.
Lately, I’ve been juicing a ton of oranges, especially now with everyone catching bugs and getting sick. Honestly, I think eating them whole is way better—plus they taste much more vibrant—but we happened to pick up this batch with super thin skins that are basically impossible to peel without making a mess. So, we just end up throwing them all in the juicer instead. It might not be the healthiest habit, but I always kick things off with a white coffee first thing in the morning. What do you guys think? Any thoughts on the routine?
I usually try to get my morning routine going around 7:30 AM with a white coffee, followed by some fruit and a quick workout session. After that, I’ll sit down for breakfast—usually either some muesli with dried fruit, or if I'm feeling more savory, maybe some ham with boiled eggs or even just some jam...
YEEEEESSSS!
Everyone always says breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Look, people can skip it and still have a totally fine day, but if that becomes their "new normal"-👎
It’s just not great for you in the long run. It’s totally fine once in a while if you're running late, dealing with stuff, or just in a massive rush...
But ideally, you should make time for breakfast and really try to pick something nutritious. I'll say it again: sure, you can survive without it, but I don't know how someone is supposed to get through a morning shift without fuel—especially if they're working a heavy construction job or doing manual labor out in the field.
I’m definitely in the same boat when it comes to skipping breakfast. Sometimes I just sleep in too late, or my morning schedule gets absolutely slammed with things I have to do. On those days, I usually end up grabbing something quick like a piece of toast or a yogurt.
Lately, though, I’ve been sticking to muesli packed with dried fruit—we're talking five different kinds! Is that actually considered healthy?
