Based on a first glance, they’d be better off seeing a psychologist (maybe at one of those counseling centers) or finding a private psychiatrist...There's no reason to have it on your medical record if you don't have to...
Thanks for the input. If I could avoid having it documented, I would. What I need from a psychologist or psychiatrist isn't even that serious. I just want to talk things through with a professional to analyze some personal matters—get some self-insight so I can be a better person for others, and ultimately, for myself. 🙂
