The "perfect fit" dilemma in Fans ·
I feel like we always hear about these specific players being the "missing piece" for big clubs, but it rarely works out the way pundits predict. It seems like scouting is becoming more about finding a specific profile than just finding talent. Do you think these targeted transfers actually fix team chemistry, or is it just hype?

I’m still weighing my options, but if I pull the trigger, I’m going with Bastaic. Like I mentioned before, my son had his surgery performed by him, and we couldn't be happier. He was incredibly dedicated to the patient, and even long after the procedure, he’s always available for advice. I just feel safe knowing he’s in charge. Plus, his pricing is very reasonable—all the follow-up care, dressings, and checkups are included in the initial cost. He’s highly skilled and truly professional. I believe dianazd went to see him, so she might be able to share more from her own experience.
Whether she’s being stingy or not shouldn't even be the issue here; if you're struggling to breathe, she needs to give you that referral. If she refuses, honestly, just find a new doctor—you can even file a formal complaint. My take is that you need that initial referral for the consultation first. Those appointments usually don't have a massive waitlist, and you'll definitely need it on hand when you're trying to schedule anything else. Once that's settled, you can follow up regarding the referral for the actual surgery. You might also want to just call the admissions office or the specific department at the hospital you've chosen right now to ask how they handle the paperwork.

Here’s my take—I’ve spent the last few days reading through this entire thread. I’m seriously considering the surgery myself. It’s been on my mind for ages, and now that I have a sinus polyp, I might just tackle everything at once. My main concern is the recovery time; I’m a bit older, so I need to be careful.
Actually, my son had his nose surgery done by that specialist, and I can tell you firsthand: he is top-tier. He’s an ENT, a Chief of Medicine, and a true pro. He always provides a proper receipt for every single service—I’ve personally gone to him for things like inhalations and mole removal. We couldn't be happier with his care, his approach, and how much time he spends with his patients. I noticed many of you mentioning those little bumps that pop up after surgery. Well, my son had to go back twice for exactly that. Each time, they cleared the bump with a needle, almost like a puncture. Two years later, his nose looks perfect—not a bump in sight. (On a side note, the surgery didn't fully solve his breathing issues—he had both a septum correction and adenoid removal since he deals with allergies, so there are likely other underlying issues.)
Bottom line: I highly recommend him. If I finally pull the trigger on my own surgery, he’s the one I’m going to. And don't worry, he never charged us extra for any follow-up post-op treatments. As for the total cost for the septum correction and adenoid removal, it came to $3667.
