Jesse Doyle3 said:Yesterday, I actually got pulled over right at a red light near downtown Columbus just so they could let a huge convoy from the South pass through... I knew there were plenty of them around, but I wasn't expecting so many cars with local plates, plus all those folks heading out toward the East Coast.
So, no big deal—even without anyone from the South, you can always find over a thousand people showing up at the stadium.

Comparing us to you guys now is exactly like how we used to compare ourselves to you 6 or 7 years ago.
Time moves on, and I really hope it leads us back to some better days.

Come on, man, admit it—you're basically a cameraman filming the convoy as they roll in from the South. 🤣

The atmosphere at the derby was fantastic....
We
The turnout was pretty wild considering we were down 10 degrees and playing so poorly; I honestly don't know where people find the energy.. maybe around 2,500 people
As for the cheering, we could have done much better. Not sure what went wrong, but even when we took the lead, you could hear people grumbling under their breath...
The pyrotechnics were top-notch and looked great paired with the new flags
Those new flags look amazing—huge props to the guys who made them. They definitely weren't sleeping through the winter to get those finished...

Boys:
Given how things stand right now, that turnout is actually quite realistic
The flares were great... it’s nice to see someone lighting something up once a year, whether at home or away. In my opinion though, it would be better not to toss them onto the turf and just leave them on that dark side of the stands instead..
Regarding your birthday message: there's a major downside here. To be honest, neither I nor anyone else really understands what kind of compromises you're making or where the pride went, especially considering what we all stood for just a year ago. Who's running the agency now? Who's leading you? It's hard to see any sense of pride left... and then you start talking about complexes, yet you can't even celebrate your own anniversary without bringing us into it

I find it hard to believe this machine is still running; no matter how many times you hit it, it stays on its feet.... Bebek, have you no shame? And I'm not just talking about that penalty, but that weird stoppage too...

p.s. I love giving out ratings 🙂

Are we all just robots or what?
Is it really expected that we just cheer, clap, and sing at the top of our lungs for the full 90 minutes, regardless of how poorly things are actually going on the field?
At the end of the day, we’re here for the Kansas City Chiefs. We were born for this team, and we’ll be here for them as long as they exist... which is why I've never quite understood that "everything for the group" flag mentality (though, seriously, hats off to the younger fans—the new visual setup in the stands looks amazing, much respect for that)....
How am I supposed to keep cheering for 90 minutes when the play is like that? You saw it yourselves in the first half; the crowd only gets hyped when there's actually a decent play happening. Some people might say they don't care about the quality of the game, but that sudden burst of energy proves there aren't many people who feel that way.
Maybe if we all traveled together to away games, it would look better, but even on the road, you lose the will to cheer when the performance is subpar... (that incredible atmosphere during the game against the Romanian team was a direct reflection of how well they played).... We simply aren't robots, plain and simple... not to mention those kickoff times.
