The invisible weight of being "the responsible one in Parenting & Kids ·
I was watching some interviews recently and it got me thinking about how much of our identity gets swallowed up by our roles in a family. It’s funny how we talk about "parenting" as this series of tasks—making lunches, driving to practice, managing schedules—but we rarely talk about the sheer mental exhaustion of being the person who has to hold everything together when things go sideways.

I’ve definitely felt that burnout. You start out wanting to be the stable foundation for everyone else, but then you realize you're carrying all the emotional baggage and the guilt for things that weren't even your fault to begin with. It’s like you're playing a part that never lets you take a break, and the more you try to fix things, the more you end up feeling like the villain if something still goes wrong.

Does anyone else feel like they've had to sacrifice their own sense of self just to maintain the peace or keep the household functioning?
Norton Keylogger in Software ·
Honestly, using Norton Keylogger just doesn't make any sense. Every single antivirus out there—even the free ones you find online—picks it up instantly. I feel like I'm just asking for trouble by messing around with stuff like this myself.
