Maria Reed44 said:Hi everyone. I’ve been on Wegovy since March 1st—so about 12 weeks now. I bumped up to the 3.0 dose on April 15th, and since then, the scale hasn't budged. I'm wondering if I should try restarting... some people say it doesn't work the same way the first time around. Then again, maybe I just don't have much left to lose. Any advice or thoughts? Thanks.

Maybe try adjusting your diet to see if that helps. You might be overdoing it. Perhaps aim for around 1,600 calories a day?

Amy Kim25, how did your labs turn out? I was diagnosed with insulin resistance through an OGTT, though I suspect BMI alone might be enough to get a prescription for Wegovy. I'm not entirely certain, but that's my guess...

It's moving along, thanks for asking. Down two pounds in a week. I'm being careful with what I eat; I don't feel hungry during the day, but I tend to get hit with cravings in the evening. I bumped my dose up to 1.2. Had a bit of a headache... some morning nausea too.
Overall, I'm happy so far. I do have Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism, though...

I figured I should check in and share my progress. I started on Wegovy this past Tuesday. My goal is to drop about 22 pounds, and so far, the only real side effect I’m dealing with is some nausea. To be perfectly honest, my appetite has definitely vanished... I just don't feel hungry anymore. I can't tell if that's the medication or if it's because of the Chromium Picolinate I've been taking alongside it. I haven't stepped on the scale yet, but I'll let you all know once I do. Currently on a 0.6 dose.
