Help! What do I do if my motherboard dies?

Hey everyone, I’ve got a PC running an ASUS motherboard that I’m pretty sure just kicked the bucket. It won't give me that startup beep, and I already tried pulling the battery to reset things, but nothing.
Should I be hunting down the exact same board, or if not, what specs should I actually be looking for?
Here is the rest of my setup:
Intel Core i3 3.2 GHz
4GB Transcend DDR3 1333MHz
MSI 37750 1GB DDR5 OC
WD 500GB SATA3 AAKX
Coolermaster Elite 331
Corsair 430W CX
