Is it just me, or does every player seem to be looking for an exit strategy the second they get a bit of attention from another club? It feels like loyalty in modern sports is basically non-existent these days. Does anyone actually believe these "open to moving" rumors, or is it all just agents playing games?

When it comes to getting ANA testing done, I’d suggest either the Mayo Clinic or a major hospital in Washington, D.C. I recommend them because their immunology labs are highly reliable and fully validated, but ultimately, the choice is yours...
Thanks, I don't spend a ton of time on this forum, so I'm not entirely sure

Sedimentation rate of 16
Maria Fisher46 said:Hello,
The CRP levels are elevated too!
I noticed they didn't run an ENA screen, and there's no fluorescence pattern listed either.
What about the ESR?
I’d suggest getting the ANA and ENA screens done at either the Mayo Clinic or the Cleveland Clinic. You might be able to coordinate this through a primary care doctor—sometimes you can just send the sample with a referral without having to show up in person. As for the antiphospholipid antibodies, they only checked for anticardiolipin. Also, I'm not entirely sure why spirometry and CO diffusion capacity were ordered; usually, that's part of the workup, but it seems a bit much if systemic connective tissue disease is already confirmed.
Have you had your liver enzymes checked?
Given everything else being looked into, I agree with the colleague's recommendation that a hematology workup is definitely needed.
My amylase is slightly high. My doctor mentioned it might be because of a small gallstone (1.5cm) that's been sitting there for years. I'm from San Francisco, so I'll probably just get the rest of the testing done at the local hospital there. Thanks.
I don't have tinnitus. I saw an ENT specialist, and it turns out that sound in my neck is actually cervical syndrome caused by degenerative changes (I already had an MRI). I'll send over the details of what was done, along with the results from my follow-up appointment with the hematologist. Thank you so much... I really appreciate how hard you all are working to help me make sense of everything.

They ordered some more detailed blood work, but so far, only the anemia is elevated while my white cell count is still sitting right at the low end of the normal range. They also ran an electrophoresis, but nothing pointed toward a specific diagnosis yet... just told me to come back and recheck the anemia levels in about eight weeks...
I've been having some issues with my cervical spine lately, so I was taking some medication... but I've started scaling back on the dosage...

So I went to see a hematologist, and they ordered some more detailed blood work. My ANA came back elevated, but the white cells are still right at the bottom limit, and they ran an electrophoresis too. Nothing pointed to a specific diagnosis yet, so they just want me to redo the ANA in eight weeks...
Maria Fisher46 said:You were dealing with leukopenia, right?
It’s not going to be from Pfizer's vaccine. In your case, this could point toward systemic lupus erythematosus (hypergammaglobulinemia and significant ANA titers) or perhaps some other systemic connective tissue disease. Are you experiencing any symptoms? Is the leukopenia still showing up...
No symptoms at all, just that my white blood cell count has been stuck at 2.8 for about a year now...
I'm wondering if elevated immunoglobulin levels (31) and ANA (1:2500) could be linked to antibody reactions seen two weeks after getting the first dose of Pfizer. Everything else seems fine...

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone else deals with something similar. Over the last few months, I've had my blood work done a few times now, and my white blood cell count keeps coming back low—around 2.7 or 2.8. My platelets have been hovering between 130 and 140 lately. I haven't had COVID as far as I know, maybe just some random virus, though nothing recently. On top of that, since last November, my blood pressure has been high so I'm on medication for that, and I'm struggling with issues in my neck—kyphosis, lordosis, scoliosis—which causes this constant ringing in my ears. Honestly, these low white blood cell counts are really weighing on me. Should I go see a hematologist? If anyone has any real advice on what I should do... (just a heads up, I take quite a bit of Advil and Voltaren for my neck pain)
