Should I go to Kaltenborn for shoulder issues?

I just wanted to share my experience with the Kaltenborn method, just in case someone else out there might find it useful...
For quite a while, I was dealing with issues in both shoulders. It manifested itself through persistent pain, mostly when lifting my arms above my head, but also during basic movements—like getting out of bed, leaning on my arms, or sleeping on my stomach. The pain could be quite intense during sudden movements. Since things weren't improving, I decided to seek medical advice...
I had ultrasounds done on both shoulders at a private clinic and saw a physiatrist. They told me my shoulder tendons were slightly worn down and that I had some calcification in my shoulder. They suggested an MRI with color Doppler to get a more precise diagnosis. That would cost upwards of $400 per shoulder... They mentioned physical therapy might help, though they couldn't guarantee it.
That led me to the Gramercy Park center in Washington, D.C. They examined my shoulders there and suggested we try the Kaltenborn method. So, I showed up for my appointment, left everything in the hands of the physiotherapist, and after about thirty minutes, she tells me, "Try making those movements that were hurting you now." I do them, and there's no pain. It was a miracle. I mean, I felt a little something in certain extreme positions, but for the vast majority of movements, the pain was gone. Naturally, I was worried it was just an ad-hoc effect that would vanish in a few hours or days once my tendons and muscles returned to their original positions, but that hasn't happened. It's been about a month since the appointment. So, the method actually works. And no, this isn't a sponsored ad; it’s just my firsthand experience. I wanted to share it because perhaps it might help someone else down the road.
Regards, I hope you all are still using this forum. I have the exact same issue with my shoulder; sudden movements absolutely kill me, specifically the upper shoulder area and the neck on that side. Did you ever end up getting the MRI? And what did the scan show?
