Hey,
I’ve been dealing with hyperinsulinemia—basically my pancreas is overproducing insulin.
My doctor told me I need to stick to a diabetic-style diet for a full year and take two tablets of Glucophage 500 mg every single day. He claims this is a one-year fix, but warned me if I don't follow the diet strictly, I'll end up with actual diabetes. Now, I'm wondering if anyone here has dealt with hyperinsulinemia and actually managed to clear it up? I am staying on top of the diet and I've started working out more for my health, but is it actually possible to fully resolve this within a year? ☕
