So, I’ve run into this annoying little glitch

The thing is, every single time I hit OK, the damn error just pops right back up in my face
(And just for context, this happens whenever I have both sticks of Ram installed in the 3rd and 4th slot)

And whenever I try running both sticks together—whether I put them in the 1st and 3rd slots, or the 2nd and 4th, or even just side-by-side in the 1st and 2nd—the PC simply refuses to boot at all.
But then, if I move them into the 3rd and 4th slots, the computer actually manages to power on, only to get stuck in an endless loop of Automatic Repair. Once that clears, I just get hit with that "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" error message over and over again.

So, here is the breakdown of what I am seeing: first, I pop the first stick of Ram into the first slot, and the machine turns on, but the CPU cooler starts spinning faster than I've ever heard it before; you can hear the hardware running, but nothing actually happens on the screen.
2.When I try the second slot, it is the exact same story—the cooler goes into overdrive and then just sits there doing nothing.
3.If I put the Ram in the third slot, the computer immediately lets out this endless, single long beep that just won't stop, haha.
4.But then, when I move the stick to the 4th slot, the computer actually boots up.
5.And it is the same deal with the second stick of Ram; it only works when it is sitting in the 4th slot.

Hey everyone, so like I mentioned in the title, I’ve been dealing with some serious stuttering and massive FPS drops while gaming. I thought I was running on 8 GB of Ram, but when I actually check my system specs, it’s telling me I only have 4 GB available. It makes zero sense because I know I have all the sticks in there. Now I'm stuck wondering why three out of my four slots seem completely dead, leaving only the last one working.
