I decided to stop playing around and sent the PC in for service. They claim to have fixed it, so we'll see how it holds up. I’ve got a fresh OS installed on it; I'll run it for a few days and monitor the results. Regardless, thanks for the advice and the help. Cheers!
While I was digging around for a fix, the PC hit a BSOD and rebooted. As soon as Windows finished loading, I checked the Memory Dump, found a .dmp file, and uploaded it here. It’s about 1MB.
https://files.fm/u/4fhetrs7I also uploaded the critical logs from the Event Viewer here:

I checked my Windows directory, specifically the Memory Dump folder, and found nothing. It’s baffling. I went into System Properties > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > Settings > System Failure to double-check the configuration. Every option is checked except for "disable automatic deletion of memory dumps when disk space is low." The dump file location is set to (%SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP).
I honestly have no idea why there isn't a single .dmp file to be found.
Understood. I'll leave the link once the upload is complete.😉
Despite everything discussed, I just experienced another crash. Here is how it looks this time:

I can't find this option anywhere in my BIOS. I'm running an Intel Core i5-8400.. :/
Checking back in after two days. The blue screen issue has returned. I installed BlueScreenView hoping to gain some insight, but I suspect I'll still need your expertise to figure out what's actually happening here. Please let me know if you have any further suggestions. Here is the data from the application:
On Fri 22.2.2019. 20:43:21 your computer crashed or a problem was reported
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!setjmpex+0x7469)
Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF8009A396C16, 0xFFFFF385BD6D74E0, 0x0)
Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the NT Kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.
It seems like a driver issue, but everything in Device Manager shows as up to date and there are no warning icons present.🙏 help
Thanks, everyone. I've followed all your instructions. I'll monitor things for a few days and let you know if everything stays stable. Best regards. 👍
Thanks. 🙂 I ran into that same suggestion once and tried it myself, but no luck..
Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and hope you can assist with an ongoing issue.
I purchased a new PC about a month ago. After installing Windows, everything functioned perfectly until recently. Now, I am experiencing BSODs almost every other day. They occur randomly, whether I am browsing the web, gaming, or simply away from the desk. I found 10 critical events in the Event Viewer. Here is an image; any advice would be appreciated. 😛
