So, I was using my iPhone X this morning when out of nowhere, the whole thing just froze up. It was a nightmare trying to shut it down, and once it finally did, getting it back on was an uphill battle. After a bit, it froze again and just died... now, it won't turn on at all, and it refuses to take a charge—plus, the device feels totally cold to the touch. The battery was sitting at 90% earlier today, so I'm assuming it's not a dead cell issue..
Any idea what might be causing this?

Alright, here’s the situation.
On my old computer, I used Windows Live Mail for my email and it worked perfectly fine... But now I've upgraded to a new machine running Windows 10, and apparently, this OS doesn't support Windows Live Mail anymore.
The real headache is that I have no clue which email client to download—and honestly, I don't even know my login details. I'm missing both the username and the password.
Should I reach out to Verizon or something?
It's a business account, so getting it back up and running on this new PC is pretty much critical for me.
