Matthew Anderson said:Could you give me a specific example? And just so we're clear—just because you file a report doesn't mean someone is automatically going to get penalized.

Well, there are countless examples out there—honestly, they're popping up more and more lately—and some of you have even received them via direct message, so it would be pretty fair if you at least acknowledged them, even if you don't happen to agree with my take on things.

I’m fully aware that my reporting doesn't trigger an automatic penalty—I actually assumed there wouldn't even be a warning, let alone anything drastic—especially since this involves those premium users who are constantly engaging in the behavior I mentioned.

It really makes you wonder... is it actually necessary to hang out at your little clubhouse and mess with the staff just to earn that kind of privileged status? 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

On top of that, it wouldn't hurt to maybe shift the tone you use when responding to our feedback. After all, you guys are here for us, not the other way around—you're being paid to handle this, which is something everyday users tend to remind you of quite frequently.

What's actually going on over at the forum?

Can we please give the new moderators a little heads-up—maybe just a gentle nudge—to actually try doing their jobs properly? I’m talking about cutting down on all that off-topic chatter and trolling... we need way less of that and way more actual, decent moderation. If I end up losing my cool and venting, will anyone even be listening?!
