Chelsea (T.R.)-Sporting Lisbon 0:0 @ 9.00
Chelsea doesn't really need anything here, but Sporting needs the point. Mourinho’s Portuguese... I don't know how much they love Sporting versus their own, but it reminds me of that match between Germany and the US in the third round of the World Cup. Maybe they pull it off this time.
Even in the first leg in Lisbon, it was a tough 0-1. Chelsea might be in a bit of a slump—Sunderland 0-0, Newcastle 1-2—it won't be easy for them to find the back of the net against a highly motivated Sporting side.
😲
Mourinho being the coach and a die-hard patriot, huh? So, what beats them in the first leg?
The 6th round of the Champions League and the 3rd round of the World Cup... what's the link there? Coaches from the same country, I guess.🤣
Chelsea is in a minor crisis after losing their last one at Stamford Bridge. Tottenham beat them 3-0,
By the way, don't the players get bonuses for every win? Especially in a "prestigious" league like the Championship?
X could show up, sure, but a 0-0 draw? No way. That would just be too pathetic.
