Now, I actually have some relatives in Italy. I wonder what the prices are like over there... is it cheaper? At the end of the day, I guess the real question is whether it's even worth buying stuff there if I already have everything I need here. 🤷

I guess this build has a Fortron 400 w, which might handle a Q6600 and a GTX 560 ti, but I don't think it has those 2x6pin connectors needed for the card.

That looks like some overkill power supply to me, I suppose. This setup seems fine, it's just that PSU that's an issue. Is there anything a bit cheaper or less intense out there?

This is what showed up on the site. In my city, there are three shops; one is way too expensive, the second one is a total rip-off, and the third is okay but I don't really trust them. For instance, they're offering a C2D 2.93, 4GB of RAM, and an R6670 1GB DDR5 for 280 miles. The case is pretty terrible, and I don't know much about power supplies, but I suspect it was some low-end crap.

So, I figured I'd ask for suggestions here. 😉

That's just way too pricey. I'm sitting here crunching the numbers now, and I guess if I skip out on the XFX, it comes out to about... 357 milesI guess this Fortron thing is pretty much brand new, maybe. 81 milesLike I mentioned before, I guess my budget is sitting right around... 342 milesI mean, I could probably try to track down a used one somewhere, but honestly, I haven't had any luck finding anything at all.

Any other suggestions, I guess?

Since they said Watch Dogs needs at least an older quad core CPU, I guess it's hard to say how it'll even handle things on a dual core.

If we're judging by that GTX 460, I'd say you really need at least an HD7770 if you want any kind of decent experience with next-gen games

That's kind of out of my budget, honestly. I was thinking of grabbing a setup for around 329 miles and then just upgrading later.

You probably won't believe me, but that was basically the exact build I had in my head. I went down to the local computer shop, gave the guy the same specs, and he told me 336 miles. And he only included 4 gigs of RAM in that 75 miles. Like, wtf, I can find 4 gigs—even if it's just half a stick—for 37 miles. So, yeah, half the price. ☕

I guess I could use some expert eyes on these builds listed below. Are they actually decent enough for gaming, if we aren't talking about hardcore stuff? I'm wondering if I'll be able to get somewhat solid FPS running things on medium settings, maybe.
