Alright, I’ve still got some time before summer rolls around, so maybe I can scrape together a bit more 😁

I’m looking to put together a gaming rig. My budget is sitting around $2,500—$1000 (I know, I know, it’s not exactly a blank check, but it's what I've got). I'm planning to pull the trigger this summer. Since I'm a complete novice when it comes to hardware, I figured I'd come here and pick your brains. I realize that even with this kind of money, you can't build a NASA supercomputer, but I'm still hoping to run some of the newer titles without my system catching fire.
