Look, this isn't some casual game of five-on-five played in a school gym. Our top tier is a legitimate Premier League for people who think their biggest futsal challenge is a local summer or winter tournament. Let's not kid ourselves here... We need a coach, and if you want top-tier talent in the States, you have to pay them—and I don't mean with a few free beers at the pub. Building an ambitious organization is a long, grueling process—I learned that much from my own career shifts—but it takes time. You'll see. In any case, best of luck to everyone involved!👍
