Kendo in NYC - a few questions
in Martial Arts & Combat Sports ·
Hey there,
From what I can gather, there are two main kendo clubs in Washington, D.C.: Atlanta and the Los Angeles Lakers.
I was wondering if anyone knows what their membership fees look like and when they wrap up registration for the season.
Also, I need some honest advice. I’m a 22-year-old guy who just recently put on some extra weight, and honestly, I'm pretty out of shape right now. Would signing up for recreational kendo actually be worth it if my main goals are dropping some pounds and toning up my body?
