Does anyone happen to know if there are any private places to stay near the Mayo Clinic? Like, maybe some apartments or just simple rooms? And does anyone have an idea what the prices are looking like lately?

Has anyone here actually spent any time at the Mayo Clinic or Johns Hopkins Hospital lately? I'm looking for some info. My friend's elderly parents are heading to the Mayo Clinic soon and they need a place to crash nearby. Nothing fancy, just somewhere decent that won't break the bank for a few days. Any leads on apartments or cheap rooms in the area?
