Vitesse Arnhem vs. SC Heerenveen

I don't usually follow the Dutch league, but this matchup caught my eye today. I honestly don't get the logic behind these odds—why is Vitesse such a heavy favorite when Heerenveen is sitting in 4th place after five games with three straight wins? Meanwhile, Vitesse is stuck down in 16th.
Their head-to-head history is pretty unpredictable, but one thing is certain: there are always plenty of goals when these two meet.

I'm going to try placing a few different bets on this same pair today. It feels like there’s some good money to be made here.

Carlos Tevez (Goalscorer) - AC Milan vs. Juventus @ 2.70

I have to jump on this one. I'm a huge Juventus fan and I've watched every single game this season. I can say with total confidence that Tevez is currently the alpha and omega of this squad. Since Pirlo isn't around to take all the set pieces, Tevez is stepping up—he'll even take the penalties if Vidal isn't playing. He's in incredible form, and I think he has a massive chance to score against Milan today. Milan hasn't had a bad start to the season, despite what people predicted, but their defense is definitely leaky. I'm expecting a high-scoring game.

AC Milan vs. Verona | 1-0

Check out this parlay. I'm taking the away team to score. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they put up three. AC Milan looks completely lost right now. Verona already beat them 2-1 earlier this season, so I really doubt Milan keeps a clean sheet today.

Wolfsburg vs. Lyon 1.40

The odds on Lyon look great. They're hunting their third straight title and honestly, they're probably the best women's club on the planet. Last time they even played to a draw was back in April 2012. Since then, they've been on a massive 35-game winning streak.

I have to take a shot at this one. Both teams average over five goals per game, so maybe we'll see a total blowout tonight. 🙂

English Championship playoffs here. The visitors took a 1-0 lead in the first leg, and I'm expecting another low-scoring affair with under 2 goals. The stats back this up, and given how much is on the line, I just don't see more than two goals happening.

Atlanta needs this win. They’re clearly the better side, and Charlotte just doesn't have much riding on this one.

The Galaxy are missing half their roster and they've been playing terrible lately. I don't see any way for them to pull anything off here.

That’s what I'm talking about. A win is a win. St. Louis City SC at 1.70.I totally agree. They absolutely need these points right now. Looking at their schedule, they’ve got a tough stretch coming up against teams like Lorient, then Marseille, and then Lille. If Saint Etienne actually wants to make a run for Europe, this game is a must-win.☕

Bordeaux is actually looking pretty solid right now. They aren't in bad shape at all. Since they absolutely have to win if St. Etienne pulls it off, I'm expecting a high-scoring game. It feels like a good time to take a shot on the over. The odds for a 0-1 scoreline are sitting at 2.90. It’s a solid play. 🙂

The Danes have really been schooling the Portuguese lately, so I’m not exactly holding my breath for them to breeze through this one. My money is on under 3 goals. Given how much is on the line, I doubt the Dutch or the Germans are going to be playing wide open either. I'll stick with under 3 there too.

So, I just got my blood work back today. I tested for hepatitis and everything came back negative except for anti-HBs. I did some digging online and apparently those are antibodies, which means my body has developed permanent immunity to hepatitis B. Now I'm wondering—did I actually have hepatitis at some point, or is this just a reaction to a vaccine or something? It's going to be a long wait until Monday when they finally read the official results.🤷
