Let them. Honestly, if we're all acting this stupid, maybe we deserve it.

eurostar said:Just show up to the stadium and give us some song ideas. Honestly, it doesn't even matter what we pick; nothing seems to stick anyway. It’s just like that game against the local rivals—we go up 1-1 and suddenly thirty people are just chanting "Let's go, Hajduk!" and then what? What else is there to talk about?

They want the players to leave their hearts on the field, while they leave their voices at the gates.

Brandon Hill5 said:I’ve been noticing this for a while now, but yesterday it really rubbed me the wrong way. It’ll probably piss off most people on here, but I gotta get it off my chest:
The connection between the Black and Gold Army and what’s actually happening on the pitch is basically zero. There’s nothing there. For the whole match, I felt like the Black and Gold Army was just having their own private party, and it’s like someone next to me at a dive bar saying, "these guys don't even know who's playing." They’re blasting songs for twenty minutes straight—total madness, a huge bash—while the Hajduk players on the field look completely lost. Instead of the cheering syncing up with the action to give the boys some actual fuel and momentum, it’s just this monotonous, hypnotic chanting that honestly just kills the energy more than it helps. It deadens the game instead of giving it an impulse.
I think the leaders in the Black and Gold Army need to seriously ask themselves what cheering is actually for. What kind of effect is it supposed to have? They need to rethink and redesign this stuff, because right now, it’s useless for the squad. Totally, utterly useless...

Look, they aren't the only ones to blame. Moving forward, there could be plenty of different ways to handle what you're talking about...

Some people talk about the atmosphere and whatnot... but how can the stands be going crazy the entire match if there's only one goalpost setup? They should’ve put up at least one or two more (besides the one in the middle)... I mean, how else are you gonna lift a heavy load like that? No way! Nobody cares about the cheering; they’re just there because the ticket price was okay or to grab a couple of photos, etc., etc....
Maybe they should just gather all the "real" fans around the goal once and let them cheer, and everyone else can go screw themselves... because I don't see the point of the North section if most people couldn't care less about the support...

And what can you even say about the crowd below the goalpost? Did anyone actually tear up their tickets? Maybe three or four guys did, but what about the rest? Oh yeah, big shots, right? Bravo. Game after game, same old story.
If anyone thinks they’re going to achieve any improvement through "friendly connections," well, good luck with that... keep doing whatever you want, see where it gets you.

Jose Kern11 said:Jesus, what even is this? Honestly, if the NFL Ultras are going to screw over Liverpool FC like this, they shouldn't even bother showing up tonight—or ever again, for that matter. And look, we aren't out here bullying anyone today; we’re just trying to help a club that's in deep trouble. It's like when we were all standing out in the rain waiting for a loan approval, or when we voted for our Liverpool FC and all those other moves—this is the exact same thing. I don't see why that's so hard to grasp?? Once Liverpool FC finally gets back on its feet, like, say, makes it into the group stages and actually has some cash (which could happen any day now because these kids have insane potential), *then* we’ll really give UEFA hell. As for everyone complaining about this, where were you when all those refs come to Miami at Hard Rock Stadium to call games against Liverpool FC? Why don't we go deal with those corrupt bastards? Why don't we head to Geneva and settle things with Michel Platini?? Why don't we just march into Chicago and deal with Jerry Jones directly? Or is one guy in the stadium enough to make sure Real Madrid stays dominant for five years straight? We all sit here typing, but we can't even agree on anything. We should be yelling at Jerry Jones—the guy who basically owns every ref and every club, the guy who is actively destroying us. Not to mention the fan culture after what happened on Tuesday... after that announcer started shouting and the North Stand was emptied, who wouldn't feel like throwing up seeing how smug that trash is?
Just getting worked up before the game

-.-

Even when the club "GETS BACK ON ITS FEET" and starts a war against UEFA and those other suck-ups, don't you think that same old ghost will just pop out of the closet and say, "Hey, after one more screw-up, you're kicked out of Europe"?
We're always going to be the sacrificial lambs. Why? Just ask yourself... because we're pushovers. They play the tune, we dance, right? Well, not this time...

It’s pretty obvious you haven't got a clue how things have been going lately, but hey, it's never too late to get up to speed, right?

What is everyone even getting so worked up about?
Seriously, in a few days this whole thing will be old news and nobody’s going to care. It’s just the same cycle over and over, from one drama to the next.

Oh, and here’s another kicker: because of that UEFA penalty, the Kansas City Chiefs won't have any claim to a specific section at the away stadium during the second qualifying round. What does that actually mean? It means the club can't snag those tickets for their fans—you know, that essential five percent allocation. Right now, the front office in Kansas City is still sitting around waiting for a formal clarification from UEFA to figure out if the fans are even allowed to show up at the opponent's stadium at all. It’s looking like we won't face a total ban like what happened with Zilina or Bucharest, but hey, nobody's popping champagne until we get that final word.

Rest in peace, Mark. I really hope that wherever you are now, there’s another version of the Yankees waiting for you—so you can finally give them everything they ripped away from you here. Your life. It was too short. Way too damn short. You had so much ahead of you: the highs, the road trips, the crushing losses, and those massive wins. You were supposed to have a whole future wearing that jersey. All that passion, the tears, the pure euphoria, the endless miles traveled, the freezing stops, the sun, the rain, the flares, the smoke... They took all of it. I just hope there’s another Yankees up there for you, where you can truly be home, back in the middle of the madness, feeling that rush again with a song on your lips... That one song that made you feel alive, the one about the Yankees, your Yankees.

REST IN PEACE
